	Originally built in 1900 for Chase Bag Manufacturing, the Art Space Lofts is home to the Kansas City Artists Coalition. The building was renovated in 1985, and has thirty-six units.

	Built in 1880 as a warehouse for Townley Furniture, the Delaware Lofts has forty apartments with sizes ranging from 625 to 3,000 square feet. This building was renovated in 1988.
Delaware Lofts
	The Landmark Lofts was originally built in 1885 as a warehouse for Myers Brothers Drug Co., the Landmark has forty-five units, ranging in size from 750 to 3,200 square feet. Renovation of this building was completed in 1998.
